We contracted with SJT building and home services to clean our rental in Sunnyvale. They came into a very dirty unit. Could not believe how clean it was when they were done, far above my expectations. They went above and beyond what they were contracted to do. Can't say enough good things about this company. They are reasonable, professional, do what they say they will, and work so hard for you. I am a real person, who actually had this company provide their service,
