Appointment Cancellation Policy
When you book your appointment, you are holding space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please give us a call or send us an email or text message as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hrs. in advance. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hrs. will result in a cancellation fee of $40 USD.
